An initiative of the Child Care Bureau, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which delivered technical assistance to 31 States and territories from 1997 to 2000 Coordinator, FACTS/LRE Project, Champaign, Illinois. A federal grant from Office of Special Education Programs, U.S. Department of Education, to University of Illinois. 1993 to 1996 Consultant and trainer, Leadership Training to Support Child Care for All Children, Champaign, Illinois.
